this guy. he just does really lo-fi cover songs, this is a fantastic version of blaise bailey finnegan iii by godspeed. 

i’ve been subscribed to his youtube account for about a year and i just check out a video of his every now and then and i will remember how he is such an intriguing character. covering his face in every video, his interests are “sweden”. i wonder what compels a japanese boy in the city to declare that he is interested in sweden. 
i do imagine that sweden is a lovely country and i would like to go and explore it one day but i would like to explore more than just sweden. i like to think that he is so pro-sweden that he would object to going to any other country which is why he is stuck in japan because he would refuse to get on a flight that wasn’t a direct flight to sweden or he would be stuck outside his house trying to pay his way on to the bus to the airport with euros.

just spent a bit reading a blog he has and he’s been writing about how he moved up into the mountains and works in a lodge, he doesn’t have any personal internet and he’s enjoying how simple everything is and the isolation from the city’s bombardment of advertising.  i’m a little jealous
